Annie qualified as an accredited tour guide following a career of more than 30 years in PR, the media and event management.

Town Walks

Discover the secrets of the island’s history and people through the centuries, hear about the bravery and ingenuity of some of Guernsey’s famous islanders and entrepreneurs.

Walk through the lanes and cobbled streets stopping at places of interest illustrated with photos. Includes the German Occupation and Liberation of the Bailiwick. (approx. 1 1⁄2 to 2 hours)

St Peter Port

Formed around a natural and deep harbour the Town stretches up a hillside offering amazing views of the surrounding islands. Has a colourful and fascinating history.

Described as the ‘Jewel in the Crown’ of Guernsey. Slightly longer than the Town Walk these can include Castle Cornet or Candie Gardens (approx .3 1⁄2 hours)

Coastal

Torteval Myths, Legends and Fortifications…

A circular south coast walk including Pleinmont headland (approx. 2 hours)

Touching on the island’s history, occupation, flora, fauna, folklore and fortifications with stunning views and more.

In addition, bespoke Island walks and tours can be arranged on request also including Alderney, one of the Bailiwick islands, and step back in time on the car free island of Sark.
